Lou Solomon is known for her work in authentic story telling in leadership. Now, she has new tools to share with us to use in our day-to-day conversations. You will walk away from the event with new insights and the ability to enter conversations with intention, confidence and authenticity!

Lou Solomon is creator of the Your Authentic Style Learning Series™, designed to help people lead change by earning the trust of stakeholders.   

She founded Interact in 2000 based on the idea that something was missing in how communication skills were being taught to business people.  In her first book, Say Something Real, Lou shares the view that real change depends upon business people learning to communicate in a more authentic way.
